SMS Privacy Policy

This policy covers the KuriosBrand LLC Inquiry Alerts text program: owner notifications sent to our small-business clients about new inquiries (calls, texts and website forms) that their own customers send to their business.

What we collect

Your name, business name and mobile number when you sign up, the date, time and IP address of your consent, and the alert messages we send you.

How we use it

Only to send you alerts about new inquiries to your business and to answer your HELP or STOP replies. We do not use it for marketing.

Sharing

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except the wireless carriers and our SMS provider (Twilio) as needed to deliver the messages you asked for.

Messages you will receive

Message frequency varies with your inquiry volume, about 1 to 30 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will get one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email mark@kuriosbrand.com.

Security and retention

Records are kept in access-controlled systems while you receive alerts, and consent records as long as the law requires.
